I’m based in New York City, but I’m a Midwesterner by birth (born and raised in Chicago).
I began a hybrid work life more than 10 years ago. I appreciate time to focus, but I can’t be too far away from high energy for too long.

Acquisition integration
Built multi-sided platform B2B marketplace business resulting in an 8 figure exit to a strategic buyer. Managed integration of four acquisitions.
Team creation
Created from the ground up and led teams in customer success, project management, analytics, marketing operations, sales operations, and technology operations/product management.
Strategy development and execution
Derived growth strategies informed by data. Formed cross-functional teams to create OKRs. The best way to ensure teams are aligned around growth is to make sure each person connects his/her/their role and activities to the overall strategy.
I am a lifelong learner, with a particular interest in macro-level systems, words and images as a form of persuasion, market dynamics, and how to use technology for better outcomes. And dogs. And music.
